CCPA Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to individual consumers who reside in the State of California (“you”). It explains your rights regarding your Personal Information and how to exercise them under California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.).

Categories of Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, Jaguar IPTV has collected the following categories of personal information for legitimate business purposes:

• Identifiers: Email address, customer account username, IP address, and MAC address (only if voluntarily provided for MAG/Smart STB device activation).
• Commercial Information: Subscription package purchased, transaction date, payment status, and customer service correspondence history.
• Internet & Network Activity: Browser type, operating system, and anonymous technical connection metrics for streaming quality control.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the CCPA, California residents are entitled to exercise the following rights:

• Right to Know & Access: You may request disclosure of the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as retaining records for accounting and fraud prevention).
• Right to Correct: You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data maintained in your account.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you, deny service, charge different rates, or degrade your streaming quality for exercising any of your CCPA privacy rights.
