Data Controller & Lawful Bases for Processing
Jaguar IPTV acts as the Data Controller. We only collect and process personal data when we have a legitimate legal ground under Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): To activate, configure, and maintain your IPTV subscription credentials (M3U URL, Xtream API, portal address).
- Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To maintain financial and tax records required by applicable commercial regulations.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): To detect fraudulent transactions, prevent service abuse, and optimize content delivery network (CDN) routing.

Strict No-Viewing-Logs Policy
We operate under strict privacy standards. We do not monitor, record, store, or profile the specific television channels, movies, or video streams you watch.
