Welcome to Jaguar IPTV. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://jaguariptv.com), digital subscription services, streaming playlists, and related software. By purchasing any subscription or accessing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Services & Subscription Plans
Jaguar IPTV provides digital access to streaming television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) libraries, and electronic program guides (EPG). Subscriptions are offered in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month billing increments. All digital credentials (M3U URLs, Xtream API logins, portal addresses) are delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment.
2. Account Credentials & Simultaneous Connections
- Single-Device Access: Each standard subscription is licensed for one (1) simultaneous stream connection at any given time. Connecting multiple devices concurrently without a multi-room add-on may cause immediate temporary suspension by our automated firewall.
- Credential Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not sell, share, loan, or publicly disclose your M3U playlist link or portal credentials.
3. Technical Requirements & Device Compatibility
To enjoy high-definition and 4K streaming without interruption, the customer must maintain:
- A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for FHD and 30 Mbps for 4K streams.
- A compatible streaming device (Smart TV, Android TV Box, Firestick, Apple TV, MAG Box, PC, or Smartphone) with an updated IPTV player application.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Re-broadcasting, re-streaming, or redistributing our stream feeds to commercial venues, websites, or public forums.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or perform DDoS attacks on our content delivery networks.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to capture or duplicate our channel streams.
5. Payments, Renewals & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars ($ USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC). Subscriptions are prepaid and do not automatically rebill unless recurring billing is explicitly selected at checkout.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, IPTV services may experience brief temporary interruptions due to international internet routing, ISP throttling, or scheduled maintenance. In no event shall Jaguar IPTV be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
